⦁ Stick With Me

Stick With Me is an exploration of the term and condition "sticky" and its ambivalent connotations ranging from positive cohesion to the annoying or disgusting clinging of unwanted things on a physical and interpersonal level. We worked with sticky materials such as jam, syrup, sticky rice and flytrap glue, which only revealed their material properties through close inspection or, in some cases, haptic examination.

In an interview, we asked a figure skater from the pair skating discipline about grips and techniques for sticking together with a partner in order to create secure connections for the risky skating figure of the „death spiral“. Through this, we explored the aesthetics of interdependency in representations of heterosexual couples.
